DADA LIFE

Music | Johnny | May 29, 2009

They don’t care about genres. They don’t care about smartness. They don’t care about the things you care about.

Dada Life just wants to make you jump up and down. Then make you crash into a wall with a smile on your face.

The Hours – See The Light (Calvin Harris Remix)

Music | John | November 19, 2008

We posted a video here last week of The Hours with their single “See The Light”.
The video was directed by the ‘Legendary’ Mr Tony Kaye (American History X, Johnny Cash’s ‘God’s Gonna Cut You Down’) and stars one of Britain’s finest, Sienna Miller.

Now, you see this video and think who the hell do the The Hours think they are??
They get Tony Kaye as a director for their music video and Sienna Miller to act in it??
Seriously, they must be some shit.

Tape Song // See The Light

Music | John | November 13, 2008

[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qdeWQIM1FgY]

This is the latest video from The Kills of their track ‘Tape Song‘, from their album, Midnight Boom which was released earlier this year. It was let go last week by domino records on youtube and you ask why people absolutely adore them when no band out there is even half as beautifully warped as them.

It contains footage of the band while they were touring in US with The Raconteurs.

This video is of The Hours with their latest track, See The Light.
It is a short film in its own right i swear.

Directed by Tony Kaye (American History X), with the art direction by Damien Hirst and featuring Sienna Miller, this film is not as disturbing as i though it would be. But it definitely stunned me and left me in awe.

Cheers.
