WHO ARE SILVER COLUMNS?

Last month we received mail in our inbox of Silver Columns with a single named “Brow Beaten”. There were no other details and it was easy to brush them off. We have to admit, Joe Goddard of Hot Chip’s remix of their single caught our eye first.

How short sighted were we, not realising what hypnotic, amazing music they make.

We also seemed to have seen their name somewhere, and found out they did a remix for one of Metronomy’s tracks in their Made For Love EP so we took a listen and were stunned.

A BPM of 140 for a non-dubstep track does not come along all too often, but this track is really brilliant. Take a listen and be blown away. We are absolute fans.
