In their debut broadcast, the scaly Brooklyn trio seamlessly shape-shifts from reverb-drenched post-Apocalyptic new wave to epileptic space disco.
The band wisely recruited Jesse Cannon (The Cure, Animal Collective and The Misfits) to help engineer the cerebral revolution.
2 tracks they have caught our ears and in particular “Daddy Long Legs“, a cosmic dance party that combines grimy Moroder arpeggiators with the the throbbing funk and aggression of Afrika Bambaataa.
The other track is a bold yet subdued number entitled “Soldier“. An electrified symphony soaked in icy analog synths concluding in a melodic crescendo that is reminiscent of Flaming Lips and Pet Shop Boys.
No kidding, we expecting many more great tracks from this brooklyn band, and we are pretty sure they will catch many more ears.
