It is said we are in an age where singles matter more than full albums. Sometimes a single track makes an artist or in other cases, it kills.

We beg to differ and still prefer having full albums, which provide a basis for better judgement.

Monarchy has not put out an album or even an EP, and in fact they only have a demo out.

That track “Gold In The Fire” however, has created so much buzz there are even 2 remixes by Diamond Cut & Def Starr which are superb and vastly different at the same time.

We cannot wait to hear new stuff from this spanking new band, and as much as we prefer a full album to pass a proper opinion, we expect great things, especially as they are in the company of Marina & The Diamonds, Penguin Prison & Ellie Goulding.
