THE KILLERS “A DUSTLAND FAIRYTALE”

The Killers premiered a brand new video a few days back of their track “A Dustland Fairytale” from Day & Age and we must say we aren’t entirely thrilled with it.

Still, a must watch.

The video was done by Anthony Mandler who has done videos for the likes of rihanna, snoop dogg & jay-z. We have no idea what The Killers were thinking when they enlisted his expertise.

We know he’s probably extremely experienced, still, The Killers deserve much more than him.

“A Dustland Fairytale” is said to be telling the story of frontman Brandon Flowers’ parents and while there is a whole conceptual storyline behind the video, we think the all-american touch is a little too indulgent.

We know we are a little late on this, but you have to watch it.

It ain’t that bad, but it also ain’t that fantastic.
