Passion Pit’s claim to fame with their potential one hit wonder of an EP Chunk Of Change is under serious threat.
With their first single “The Reeling” which we featured last week and wonderful video proving that they just might be just as good as we believed, it seems we are in for a wonderful joyride.

They have now left a wonderful taste in our mouth with another track of their upcoming new album Manners.
It is now officially a highly anticipated album from what we have heard so far and we cannot wait for its full release.

Michael Angelakos’ (the lead singer) helium inspired voice accompanied with startling eccentric electronic synths prove to be a wonderful combination.

Manners will be released on May 18/19 by Columbia and Frenchkiss depending on where you are so keep a real good lookout for it.

  1. Passion Pit is blowing up everywhere! I can’t believe they are getting so much press, but knowing this I’m a little bummed about the inevitable backlash.

    Have you listened to the entire album yet?

    Passion Pit is also on the new Josh Schwartz web- series Rockville CA (www.rockvilleca.com), which has 2 performances up and an interview, so this band is only going to get bigger for sure.
