The Killers released “Spaceman” as their 2nd single from their most playful album to date Day & Age.
With a late late release deep towards the end of 08′, this album still managed to be voted as the best album of 08′ by the readers of Rolling Stone magazine.
In all honesty, The Killers lost a bit of their sparkle from days of Hot Fuss, but they still make the best pop rock out there and few come close to making commercially viable music that appeals even to the harshest of critics.
We still love them even though there was the slight blip of an album in Sam’s Town and the remixes of “Spaceman” have come our way with the video they released in January.

I’d never heard of this band, but I saw them play recently and they’re freaking sick live. Their sound kinda reminds me of The Killers.
