What are these 4 hot chicks doing here? Are they part of a pop girl group? WELL….sorta.

But think, The Pipettes and Long Blondes rather than erm spice shits?

Hell yeah the verdict is still not out and we have not heard enough to judge, but here’s what we know..

They are 4 girls from Paris’ called Plastiscines and will release full length About Love.  The French lovelies bring their stylishly sexy candy-punk to NYLON (yes that magazine you all claim to worship) as part of a global deal the band has announced with the newly-launched label.

Prior to conquering the City of Angels, the all-girl rock band won over their native France, having received a commendation in Paris last year presented by Pete Doherty (???), along with French Minister of Culture.

They released a new EP last week on itunes to keep the world in the loop while the full length About Love gets released later this year.
They aren’t entirely the well oiled band machine but hey anything goes with pop isn’t it?

As they say “We are a band, not just a girl band” so lets wait for them to kick some ass.
