The AOTM for February was honestly much much harder to decide than January’s.
In JAN, it was just between Antony & The Johnsons or White Lies for us. White Lies was so exciting for us we just had to give it to them. [ALBUM OF THE MONTH: JAN]

ALBUM OF THE MONTH [FEB]: ASOBI SEKSU – HUSH

REVIEW OF ASOBI SEKSU’S ALBUM HUSH + MP3s.
This time round, it got warmer with more exciting releases than JAN, and we think ALL the 8 albums are absolutely amazing.

The Prodigy came back with a crazy album after such a long time and smacked us upside down.

Morrissey claims this is his strongest album yet. We felt that his classics were still unbeatable.
MP3 MORRISSEY – I’M THROWING MY ARMS AROUND PARIS

Heartless Bastards are always beating in tandem with our hearts. [New Single HERE]

Beirut has a penchant for eastern european music and draws influences from horn sections. This time its a Mexican funeral band from Oaxacan which helped him with part of the album. The mourning never seems to go away but his Zach Candon’s voice is still something to behold.
MP3 BEIRUT – MY NIGHT WITH THE PROSTITUTE FROM MARSEILLE

M. Ward decides to give us his beautiful solo work again after his side project (She & Him)
MP3 M. WARD – NEVER HAD NOBODY LIKE YOU (FT. ZOOEY DESCHANEL)

Lily Allen shows us what real POP is all about once again. WE LOVE IT. Get this album.

Fol Chen had us stuck on repeat with a few of her super quirky tracks and we can’t get enough of it.
In the end, Asobi Seksu inched its way to the top and you can read our REVIEW OF ASOBI SEKSU’S ALBUM HUSH + MP3s.
